    I need checking fees like I need to deal with Capitol One’s runaround bullcrap, after they still haven’t promised to keep things the way they are. That is, not at all. One iota of suspicious behavior in the way of changing the fee structure or account requirements and I am closing my account and switching all my banking into my current credit union.

    You need checking fees like you need paper statements.
    Banks have our money, they can invest it and “make” money out of it. Why did we ever think it was ok for them to charge us to use our money….?
